At Bobobiy, we work with a wide range of brands, suppliers, and manufacturers. Because of this, shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs may vary depending on the specific brand or item you purchase.

Supplier-Specific Shipping Policies

We work with a number of trusted suppliers. Shipping times, carriers, and delivery conditions may vary depending on which supplier fulfils your order. Please find the relevant shipping policy below:

📦 General Shipping Information

All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services, providing full visibility and peace of mind from dispatch to delivery. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.


Order Cut-Off & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 10 AM (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 10 AM, or on weekends or public holidays, will be processed the next working day.
  • In-stock products are shipped in 2-3 business days.
  • Some bulky orders may be dispatched in 2-5 business days.
  • Made-to-order items are delivered within 3 to 12 weeks.
  • Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

At this time, deliveries are available within the UK only, including:

  • England
  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland
  • Highlands & Islands

Due to VAT regulations, we are currently unable to ship to EU countries.


🕐 Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-stock items are usually dispatched on the same or next business day.
  • Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on the size, weight, and courier used.
  • Larger or heavier items may be shipped via freight services and can take slightly longer.
  • Made-to-order and Preorder items will be dispatched within the estimated time shown on the product and order pages.

📧 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
  • Tracking updates can take up to 1 business day to appear.

📦 Delivery & Tracking Support

If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your item, please contact the courier directly for investigation.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us—we’re here to help.

Note: We are not liable for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of missed delivery estimates.
