How to Submit a Return Request

If you’d like to return an item, you can do so by contacting us directly at support@bobobiy.co.uk or by submitting a return request through your account. To request a return via your account, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Your Account

  • Click the profile/account icon in the right top corner of our store header menu or request a return in the footer menu, or visit the refund policy page.

  • Enter your email address and click Continue.

  • Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code and enter it to log in. No password is required.

2. Submit a Return Request

  • Once logged in, find the order you'd like to return and click Request return.

  • Select the item(s) you wish to return (if your order has more than one).

  • Choose a return reason and add any additional notes to help us process your request.

  • Click Request return to complete the submission.

Note: You can submit return requests only for orders that are fulfilled or partially fulfilled.

3. Receive Return Instructions

  • If your return is approved, we’ll email you return instructions along with a return shipping label (if applicable).

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, your refund will be processed.

4. Photographic Proof for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please report it within 30 days of delivery and provide three clear photos showing:

  • The outer packaging, especially if damaged

  • The inner packaging, including box fillers and item positioning

  • The damaged or incorrect product, with a clear view of the issue

📸 Important: The platform currently doesn’t allow image uploads through the returns portal. Please send your photos via email to our customer service team at support@bobobiy.co.uk after submitting your return request. Alternatively, we may contact you via email to request these images before approving the return.

We are unable to process claims related to damage or incorrect items without photographic evidence.
