Which payment methods are accepted on Bobobiy?

We offer a range of secure and convenient payment options through Shopify Payments. All transactions on Bobobiy are processed using encrypted, secure technology to keep your information safe.

How do I use a gift card?

To redeem your Bobobiy gift card:

  • Enter the gift card code on the checkout page in the Gift Card or Discount Code field.

  • The full amount will be applied to your order total.

  • Bobobiy gift cards never expire, so you can use your balance whenever you're ready.

You can check your balance or redeem a card directly at checkout.

How do I use a promo code?

Applying a promo code is easy:

  1. Add items to your cart.

  2. On the checkout page, enter your promo code in the Gift Card or Discount Code box.

  3. Your discount will be automatically applied to your total.

Note: Promo codes may have restrictions such as limited use, expiration dates, or product-specific applicability. They must be applied at the time of purchase—adjustments can't be made after checkout.

Changing PayPal Payment Method

If you placed your order using PayPal and want to use a different funding source next time:

  1. Go to your PayPal account at paypal.com/myaccount/autopay.

  2. Under Online Apps, find Bobobiy or your most recent transaction.

  3. Click Change Payment Method to update your funding source.
