This shipping and delivery information applies exclusively to products supplied by MH Star UK (MHSU).

At Bobobiy, we value every order and are committed to delivering your purchases safely, quickly, and reliably.

Please note: All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services only, ensuring peace of mind from dispatch to doorstep.

Shipping Policy

Notice to Guernsey, Jersey and Republic of Ireland Customers

Due to Brexit trade rules and customs regulations, we are currently unable to send some products to Guernsey (GY) and Jersey (JE). Please check with a member of our customer services team before placing your order.

For customers in the Republic of Ireland, some products may not be available for delivery. Please contact our customer support team for assistance before ordering.

Orders to UK mainland addresses are not affected.

Ordering with Bobobiy

All orders must be completed through our secure checkout, accessible at the top right of every page on www.bobobiy.co.uk.

All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully cleared.

Dispatching Orders

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).

Occasionally, dispatch may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible.

MHSU reserves the right to cancel orders that cannot be verified or that raise security concerns.

Order Turnaround

To ensure prompt delivery, we ship orders every weekday (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). In rare cases where dispatch is delayed, we will make every effort to keep you informed.

Delivery

Most orders placed on www.bobobiy.co.uk include free standard delivery to UK Mainland.

Additional delivery charges may apply for:

Channel Islands
Northern Ireland

Any applicable delivery charges will be clearly shown at checkout.

Our delivery service includes:

Dispatch within 24 hours (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)
UK Mainland delivery within 1–4 working days
For warehouse shipments outside UK Mainland, delivery may take 4–8 working days

Next-day delivery options may be available on selected products and will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

Large and Heavy Items

For large or heavy items, our delivery partners may require a pre-delivery arrangement. Delivery is made to the kerbside of your property, and drivers are unable to move items indoors or provide assembly services.

Room of Choice Delivery

For selected products, our delivery partner may offer delivery to a room of your choice and removal of packaging.

Products eligible for this complimentary service are clearly marked on the product page. There is no additional charge for this service.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking details.

You can also track your order at any time by logging into your customer account on Bobobiy, where your order status and tracking information will be available.
