From time to time, OLRO may offer shipping promotions, during which domestic customers may receive free shipping when spending over a specified amount. These promotions may change periodically.
Shipping & Handling Charges:

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail tracked delivery.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or issues caused by customs, natural events, handovers from Royal Mail to your local carrier, transportation strikes, or any additional fees, customs charges, or backend costs once the package has left the United Kingdom. Packages deemed undeliverable by Royal Mail or their international partners will be cancelled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
