All deliveries depend on product availability. Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by late or delayed deliveries. Delivery times may vary during bank holidays and peak sale periods. Specific delivery details will be confirmed when your order is placed.
Available delivery options at checkout may differ based on product availability and your delivery address. Our delivery partners include Royal Mail, DPD, and Evri. Returns are free of charge.
Our courier partners aim to deliver your order within the stated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to factors outside of our control—such as severe weather, security checks, unexpected incidents, or parcel misrouting. EURSL is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by such delays. In these situations, your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
Delivery Fee
We dispatch orders on the same working day, excluding bank holidays. Please allow an additional delivery day during bank holiday periods.
