This shipping and delivery information applies exclusively to products under the SDC brand.

At Bobobiy, we value every order and are committed to delivering your purchases safely, quickly, and reliably.

Please note: All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services only, ensuring peace of mind from dispatch to doorstep.

📦 Delivery Costs (VAT Included)

Our shipping rates for SDC brand products are based on package weight and delivery location. All services are premium and fully tracked, and prices shown include 20% UK VAT. Once your postcode is entered at checkout, all applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed on the product page, in your shopping cart, and during checkout.

Why We Charge for Shipping & Returns

At Bobobiy, we don’t inflate product prices to hide shipping costs like many retailers. Instead of offering "free shipping" across the board, we calculate fair and transparent shipping costs per item—this keeps prices lower overall, especially on smaller items.

Return shipping costs are deducted from your refund to cover actual return expenses and help us keep prices competitive for everyone.

⏱ Order Cut-Off & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 10 AM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched same day at no extra cost.
• Orders placed after 10 AM, or on weekends or public holidays, are processed on the next working day.
• Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.

🌍 Delivery Regions

Due to VAT regulation changes effective 1 July 2021, dropship deliveries are currently available only within the UK, including:

• England
• Scotland
• Wales
• Northern Ireland
• Highlands & Islands

Shipping to EU countries is not available at this time.

🕐 Order Processing & Delivery Times

• In-stock items are dispatched on the same or next business day.
• Tracked delivery usually arrives within 2-3 business days.
• Large/heavy items (over 31 kg) are shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight and typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Preorder items will be shipped within the estimated timeframe provided on the product and order pages.

📊 Stock & Availability

• When a product is labeled " IN STOCK", an estimated delivery time will be displayed.

📧 Order Confirmation & Tracking

• You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

📦 Delivery & Tracking Support

• All deliveries include full tracking.
• Tracking updates can take 1 business days to appear.
• If tracking shows as delivered but you haven’t received your order, please contact the courier directly to investigate.

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, contact us and we’ll assist you.

Please note: We are not liable for courier delays or disruptions due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if the carrier misses estimated delivery times.
