Shipping Costs
We ship to most destinations worldwide (subject to government restrictions) using Royal Mail and our courier partners. Estimated delivery times are based on Royal Mail’s service guidelines.
Free Shipping When You Spend Over £40
All orders placed before 12:00 pm with a total value over £40.00 qualify for free delivery. This offer applies to UK mainland only.
UK Mainland Shipping Rates
We offer the following delivery services within the UK mainland:

Please note: We do not offer refunds for late deliveries. Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are beyond our control and may occasionally exceed their service guidelines. We recommend placing orders well in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Express Courier Delivery (24 hours) – £7.99
(Orders placed after 12:00 noon on Thursday may not be delivered until Monday, as couriers do not deliver to all areas on Saturdays or Sundays. Excludes Highlands and Islands.) -

Rest of the World Shipping Rates
For deliveries outside the UK mainland, Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland, simply enter your address at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated and added automatically. All international orders are sent using a Signature Required service, meaning someone must be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.
What to Do If Your Shipping Destination Is Not Recognised at Checkout
If you would like your order delivered outside the UK and no delivery option is available at checkout, please contact us via email or WhatsApp to request a shipping quote. You will need to provide your full delivery address and a list of the items you wish to purchase.
Delivery Attempts & Responsibility
If you are unavailable when our delivery partner attempts to deliver your order, they will usually attempt delivery again on the next working day or leave a card with instructions for collection from a local collection point. Any instructions to leave parcels unattended or with a neighbour are given at your own risk, and no liability will be accepted by either the retailer or the delivery partner.
If delivery is refused or if you are unavailable for both delivery attempts, you may be required to cover any additional costs incurred.
