At Bobobiy, we take every measure to ensure your WNL workwear orders arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please refer to the guidelines below.
Refund Policy
Returns
You may return your order within 30 days from the date you receive it.
Returns made after 30 days are eligible for exchange only.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Please include your name and address with the return (ideally the invoice provided).
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued for:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 2 days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund:

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Faulty Items (if applicable)
If your item arrives faulty, please email us with a photo of the issue.
We will offer either a replacement or a refund. Depending on the fault, we may require the item to be returned for inspection.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be sent once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your order, please contact us for return address.
You are responsible for paying your own return postage. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
We aim to dispatch all orders the same day, with delivery expected within 3 working days, unless your order is shipped directly from the manufacturer.
