At Bobobiy, we take every measure to ensure your Olivia Rocco and Sock Stack orders arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please refer to the guidelines below.
Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 35-day free return policy, which means you have 35 days after receiving your item to request a free return.
To be eligible for a free return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a free return portal link along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be posted back within 7 days of receiving the instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may always contact us via email.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Goods
To qualify for a free return, the item must not have been used or washed and must be in its original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. The initial postage cost will only be refunded if the goods are found to be faulty or if incorrect items were received.
