MHSU Return Policy

At Bobobiy, we take every measure to ensure your MH Star UK (MHSU) orders arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please refer to the guidelines below.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy


Standard Returns

  1. You have up to 30 days from delivery to return any goods purchased from Bobobiy.

  2. Please contact our customer support team with details of why you would like to return the item.

  3. We will respond with instructions on how to return the goods or help resolve your issue.

  4. You return the product to us following the provided instructions.

  5. Once the returned goods are received and checked, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

Damaged Goods

If any item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp, Live Chat, or email at support@bobobiy.co.uk.

We will assist you and provide guidance on how the issue can be resolved, which may include a replacement, partial refund, or full refund where appropriate.


Unwanted Goods & Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer and have ordered an item incorrectly or no longer want it, you may exercise your 30-day cooling-off rights in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

To cancel your order:

  • Please send us a clear statement confirming your decision to cancel.

  • Return the goods to us within 14 days of cancellation at your own expense.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

If you would like us to arrange collection (UK Mainland only), please contact us via WhatsApp, Live Chat, or email. A collection fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund. The exact cost will be confirmed when arranging collection.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, minus any deduction for damage caused by unnecessary handling.


Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 7–14 days to appear in your account.

You will be notified once your returned item has been received and processed.
If your refund has not been completed within four weeks of returning the item, please contact us for assistance.


Missing Parts

If your item appears to be missing parts, please contact us within 30 days of delivery via WhatsApp, Live Chat, or email.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Item name

  • Item code

  • Details of the missing part(s)

We will assist you as quickly as possible.


Faulty Goods After Delivery

If your goods are faulty, we may offer one of the following options:

  • Within 30 days of delivery:
    Refund, partial refund, replacement parts, or full replacement.

  • After 30 days:

    • Replacement parts or full replacement (if available)

    • Electrical items: up to 12 months

    • Non-electrical items: up to 6 months

For electrical items within 12 months, and all other items within 6 months, faults are assumed to have been present at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise.

Please provide photographic or video evidence where applicable to help us resolve the issue efficiently.


Cancelling Orders Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel an order before accepting delivery, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp, Live Chat, or email.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Due to our fast dispatch process, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been sent.

If available, you may also be able to stop delivery directly via the courier’s tracking portal.

If delivery has already taken place, you may still be eligible to return the goods under the Unwanted Goods section above.

NOTE: Orders for goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or for sealed items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery, are not eligible for cancellation.


Order Acceptance

In some cases, we may be unable to fulfil an order due to stock availability, product information errors, or payment issues. We may also request additional verification before accepting an order.

If this occurs, we will contact you promptly.

An order is accepted and a binding contract is formed once a dispatch confirmation email has been sent. This does not affect your statutory right to return goods.


Fair Use Policy

If we identify unusual or excessive return activity, or reasonably suspect abuse or fraud, we reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict purchasing under this Fair Use Policy.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Excessive returns compared to order volume

  • Repeated claims of missing or faulty items

  • Use of false or fraudulent identities

Each case is assessed individually and fairly. This policy does not affect your legal consumer rights.
