At Bobobiy, we take every measure to ensure your Imaco Rugs orders arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please refer to the guidelines below.

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. If your order has already been paid for and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the making, packaging or shipping process has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds & Returns

We provide a 100% money-back guarantee for items that are defective or damaged during transit. If this occurs, please contact us and we will arrange a return address and offer either a replacement or a refund, based on your preference.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unused, unwashed, free from stains, odors, or damage, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Important Notes on Handmade Products

All our products are handmade, making each piece unique. Minor variations are a natural part of their authenticity, including:

  • Color variation: Slight differences may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • Size variation: Measurements may vary slightly (up to a few centimeters).

  • Pattern & shape: Patterns may not be perfectly aligned, and edges may show slight irregularities from hand-weaving.

  • Texture & finish: Small imperfections are natural in hand-knotted or hand-woven items and are not considered defects.

Return Shipping

For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs, including the original delivery cost (initially covered by us) and the return shipping fee.

Returns based on the natural handmade variations listed above (color, size, shape, or weaving irregularities) are not considered defective. These items may still be returned within 30 days; however, both delivery and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Custom or made-to-order rugs, except in cases of damage or defect

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Orders not delivered due to customer-related issues (such as incorrect shipping details)

  • Refused or undeliverable packages, with both-way shipping costs deducted from the refund

  • Items returned used, damaged, stained, washed, or with odors (including perfume, smoke, or pets)

  • Refund requests made more than 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period of 45 days

  • Items returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories may receive a partial refund only
