We offer delivery across mainland Great Britain, with free delivery to England, Wales and mainland Scotland.

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 working days. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands and other remote areas may take a little longer.
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery.
Receiving Your Delivery
Our furniture is delivered flat-packed to your door at ground-floor entrance level.
Larger items may be supplied in multiple parcels, which can occasionally arrive separately or on different days.
Please check the packaging for any visible signs of damage when your order arrives. If an item is damaged or any parts are missing, please let us know within 30 days of delivery.
Where appropriate, we will arrange replacement parts at no additional cost or provide a replacement. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further information.

If you are unable to receive your delivery, most couriers offer options to reschedule your delivery or choose a safe place through the tracking service.
