At Bobobiy, we take every measure to ensure CVFL (C Verty Furniture Ltd) supplied products arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please refer to the guidelines below.
Refund Policy
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return it in its original condition along with proof of purchase for an exchange or refund.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, unless the item is faulty.
- “Original condition” means the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original packaging and labels.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund to the original purchaser. This applies to all items, including those bought during Clearance or Price Match promotions.
Returns Policy
We offer a comprehensive returns policy in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000.
- All returns must be authorized by CVFL. Please email us in advance so we can confirm and process your return.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days (unless faulty). This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns can be made to our warehouse or showroom.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned goods.
- It may take up to 5 additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
- In some cases, the full process may take up to 14 days from the date of return.
Refunds will always be issued to the person who originally placed and paid for the order, including purchases made during Clearance and Price Match events.
