This shipping and delivery information applies exclusively to products under the AWD brand.

🚚 Why We Charge for Shipping & Returns

At Bobobiy, we believe in transparent pricing.
Many retailers increase product prices to offer “free shipping,” but we don’t. Instead, we calculate fair shipping costs per item — which helps keep product prices lower, especially for smaller orders.

If you decide to return an item, the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund to reflect the real expense of processing returns and to keep prices competitive for all customers.


🕒 Dispatch Times

We aim to dispatch AWD brand orders within 1–2 working days.
During peak times (October–December), dispatch may take up to 3–4 working days.
Our live dispatch times are always updated on our website.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

🚫 Shipping Restrictions

  • Dangerous Goods:
    Products containing alcohol or essential oils are shipped by road only. We do not ship dangerous goods by air.

  • BFPO & PO Boxes:
    We cannot ship to PO boxes via courier in the UK. For BFPO addresses requiring courier delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

  • International Pallet Shipping:
    For large international orders requiring pallet delivery, shipping is quoted separately via email.


📧 Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after purchase.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 1 business day to appear.


🚚 Delivery & Tracking Support

All deliveries include full tracking.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your order, please contact the courier directly first to investigate.

If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, strikes, or other external factors.
Shipping fees are non-refundable if the courier fails to meet estimated delivery times.
