CTL Return Policy

At Bobobiy, we take every measure to ensure CTL (Casa Terra LTD) supplied products arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please refer to the guidelines below.

Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is the first priority for us.

If you change your mind, returns for a refund or exchange can be arranged by following the instructions below:

The return policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Once a return is approved, the delivery agency will collect the item within 24–48 hours.

The delivery agent cannot provide an exact collection time.

Please ensure someone is available to hand over the parcel. If collection is missed due to absence or any other reason, you will be responsible for reposting the item.

Items must be returned well-packaged and in their original packaging. Courier companies do not accept liability for damage during transit.

If goods are returned dirty, damaged, or without their original packaging, no refund can be issued.

For orders delivered outside the UK (Europe, USA, etc.), the return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.

Easy Returns

Once you decide to return your order, you may contact us at any time.

Small Rugs (up to 90 cm)

You can generate a free return label directly from the Royal Mail website using the link provided.
Simply enter “The-Rugs” as the brand name and complete the required details such as your order number and full name.
Attach the label to your package and drop it off at any convenient Post Office.

Larger Rugs

For bigger sizes, please contact us with your order number so collection arrangements can be made.
