This shipping and delivery information applies exclusively to products supplied by Imaco Rugs.

At Bobobiy, we value every order and are committed to delivering your purchases safely, quickly, and reliably.

Please note: All orders are shipped using tracked delivery services only, ensuring peace of mind from dispatch to doorstep.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For in-stock rugs, we usually dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. For custom (made to order) and bespoke pieces, the production timeline is typically 4-8 weeks before shipping. Our custom rugs are made in regions like Afghanistan, Morocco, Pakistan, known for their weaving heritage, where craftsmanship is passed down through generations. Each rug carries the story of the artisans who made it.

We’re pleased to offer our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Europe and the USA via FedEx, USPS, DHL, and DPD.

SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES

We proudly offer international shipping to over 200 countries worldwide. However, there are some destinations we are unable to ship to. If your location is affected, we will contact you directly.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

Imaco Rugs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please ensure your billing and shipping details are accurate before placing your order.
If the mistake is on our end, we will take full responsibility and resend your order at no additional cost.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties once items have been shipped. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge that your order may arrive in one or more packages and may be subject to customs charges upon arrival in your country. The customer is responsible for paying any applicable import customs fees or duties as required by their local customs authorities upon request.

Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States & Canada: 10–14 business days
Europe: 10–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 12–14 business days
Central & South America: 8–14 business days
Asia: 8–12 business days
Africa: 8–14 business days

Maximum delivery time: 20 business days
