Data Deletion Instructions

If you have used Facebook Login on our store and wish to delete your account and associated personal data, you can request removal at any time.

How to Request Deletion:

1. Send an email to support@bobobiy.co.uk with the subject line: Facebook Login Data Deletion Request.

2. Include the email address linked to your Facebook account so we can identify your data.

3. We will confirm your request and permanently delete your account and related data from our systems within 7 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted:

• Profile information obtained from Facebook Login (name, email, profile picture)

• Any associated account or order history on our store

• Any marketing preferences linked to your Facebook account
