Returns Policy
We want you to be delighted with your purchase, which is why we offer a generous 60-day period for you to change your mind.
Returning Unwanted Items
If you decide you no longer want your items, you may return them within 60 days of receipt. Returned products must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
You will be responsible for the return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Refunds are usually processed within 10 days of receiving the returned items. Please allow additional time during busy periods such as the Christmas season.

Returning Faulty Items
If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help. We will arrange a refund or exchange at no cost to you.

Cancelling an Order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email or WhatsApp. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it for you. If the order has already been shipped, you may refuse delivery where possible or return the items at your own expense.
