At Bobobiy, we take every measure to ensure your Aura Alcove Design (AAD) orders arrive in excellent condition. In the unlikely event of an issue, please refer to the guidelines below.

Refund & Return Policy

Cancellation

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. This applies to all products, including both our Standard and Made to Order collections.

Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unassembled

  • In their original packaging

To initiate a return, please email support@bobobiy.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Important Notes

  • We do not provide return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

  • Items must be packaged securely. Any damage caused by inadequate return packaging may result in a deduction from your refund.

  • If we believe an item has been damaged during assembly, mishandled, or deliberately broken, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund only.

  • Refused deliveries do not qualify as valid returns and may incur additional charges.

Return Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection. If approved, refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

Deductions for Damaged or Incomplete Returns

If a returned item is:

  • Not in its original condition

  • Missing parts

  • Damaged due to improper handling or insufficient return packaging

We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover repair or replacement costs.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Items from our Made to Order / Made on Demand collection are custom-made and therefore cannot be cancelled or returned once ordered.

If your Made to Order item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bobobiy.co.uk providing your order number and clear photographs of the damage. Our team will assess the issue and offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

Damaged Items

If any item (Standard or Made to Order) arrives damaged, please email support@bobobiy.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, including:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damage

After assessment, we may offer:

  • A free replacement

  • A full or partial refund

  • Return shipping costs covered, if the item needs to be returned for inspection

We reserve the right to reject damage claims if the damage is determined to have occurred after delivery (for example, during assembly or due to mishandling).

Exchanges

Due to the high costs associated with storing and shipping furniture, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

Final Sale / Clearance Items

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged.

Order Changes

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. We are unable to make changes once an order has been placed, including product changes, customisations, or delivery details. This applies to all Standard and Made to Order products.
